    Hey Chris,

    Hey Chris, I sent this over in slack as well. I made a lot of edits to the bid. I want to make sure we get that right. I would like to jump on a huddle this morning to go over this one. There is a lot going on here and the bid needs some work. I believe I am going to call the agent on this one as well. Reason for that is we had a credit of 35k at acceptance, we need to increase it to 50k+, so I am working the numbers. I want to go over this with you and Ethan as i think it would be a good one to learn from. Thank you and I will slack you and Ethan to see when we can connect on this one.
