Hi Joseph, Here is the update from title, which I answered; 1. Seller Survey - provided 2. CDA for listing - None for us. 1 wire to the brokerage. 3. Utility Final Reading, County won't allow us to close the account to obtain that final reading. It has to be turned on in someones name. Seller is able to close as soon as possible. We are hoping for a Remote Online Notary option, if not, we are waiting on the signing option for closing from escrow. Escrow needs original back, and seller can sign at any time this week so that we can close end of this week or Monday/Tuesday next week. I look forward to the update so we can get an addendum circulated.
