    Hey Team,

    Hey Team, Just got off the phone with the Damien the agent. He totally understood the reasoning for the AS IS reserve going up. He also stated that the seller was fine with bringing some money to closing. Damien seemed hard set on pushing the renovation option and is confident that it is the best option for their seller. Where we're at: Just waiting on seller's response. Damien said he should get it signed today.
