    Hey Team, I spoke with Eliot about this one and here are the updated terms. He had spoke with Calvin this morning and this is kind of what they discussed. As Is - Purchase price to be $575,000 with a 35% reserve with a 8% program fee. We are going to see if the sellers would even be open to a remodel and see if we can get our contractor inside the home. There are a lot of unknowns with this one, and we want to make sure everyone is on the same page, especially with it being in AL. Thanks!
