Contingent on having a structural engineer inspect and give us a bid to repair the foundation. Hey Team, Just wanted to give an update on this property. After a week of going back and fourth with the agents, It seems the agents and seller are interested in moving forward. However they're main concern right now is the verbiage on the inspection addendum. They want it clearly stated that the buyer will be funding the foundation inspection and bid before they are willing to sign anything. Good morning team, I spoke with Chase at Pierman Foundation Repairs. He can get an inspector over there on Thursday (5/7) at 10:00AM. That was the earliest time available. I spoke with Nancy and she agreed to that time and will meet him there. She also mentioned that she had worked with Tim Simpson (the inspector) in the past. (Referenced on page 2 but the actual warranty doc isn't here — get it before signing) - Is the warranty transferable if you sell the property? - Will they provide before/after elevation readings as documentation? - Are they licensed, bonded, and insured in Oklahoma?
