I have communicated multiple times with everyone & was told a "late check out" would be no problem - sellers needed the funds from closing for their rental property in Seattle. As of yesterday, the moving truck was being loaded & the house was be cleaned. I am on my way out there now for photos. The only thing remaining might be a vehicle on the side yard - the transport company had a delay...
