Hi Team, Please go ahead and send the Inspection notice cancelling on this one. The seller owes $490k and this house is destroyed. I've attached the bid I created to fix the property to get a $700k+ price. There's no way we can get them to even or do an as is. The photos they uploaded into Zoodalio do not represent the current condition of the property. They were photos when they purchased the property. They obviously wrecked it after they bought it.
